Return & Exchange Policy

At Green Cables, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and excellent customer service. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review the following guidelines to determine eligibility for a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Product: Received the wrong item due to an error by Green Cables or our courier partner.
- Damaged/Defective Product: Product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Wrong Specifications or Color: Product does not match the order (e.g., type, size, or color).
- Late Delivery: Delivery delays that impact the intended use of the product (subject to review).
- Customer-Initiated Return (Change of Mind): Requests not related to the above are subject to approval and return shipping charges.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product:

Please include the following information in your request:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Delivery Address
- Delivery Challan or Invoice
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and any damage or discrepancies
A Green Cables representative will contact you within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint/request via email and/or our helpline.
3. Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet these criteria:
Unused & Unopened: Must be in its original, unused condition with intact seals and packaging.
Complete Components: Includes all accessories, manuals, labels, and promotional items.
Seal Protection: If applicable, authenticity stickers must be intact and unhampered.
- Like-New Condition: Products must not be damaged or altered by the customer.
4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customized or Made-to-Order Products
- Excess Cable ordered beyond need
- Used, tampered, or altered items
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
5. Return Authorization Requirement
- Products received without a return authorization via email and the required documentation will not be accepted or processed for return.
- Unauthorized returns may be returned to the customer at their own shipping cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return/exchange is due to a Green Cables error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If due to customer error or preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
7. Processing Time
- Once approved, the return/exchange process may take 10–15 working days, depending on product availability.
- In case of refunds, payments will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned product (pending qualification).
- Our representative will contact you with processing details.
- For COD, Cheques, or Bank Transfers, refunds will be issued via cross cheque by Green Cables.
8. Policy Modifications
Green Cables reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on our website.
